Who we are

3S Coding is a custom software studio founded by Said Bitar, based in Saida, Lebanon. We build software, automation, and digital products for businesses in Lebanon, the Middle East, and beyond. Our website is www.3scoding.com.

What data we collect

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it:

• Contact form — When you submit a project inquiry we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide (project type, budget range, message). Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox. We do not store raw form data on our own servers.
• Email correspondence — If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence for as long as is necessary to fulfil your request or maintain an ongoing business relationship.

We do not run analytics, ad tracking, or any third-party monitoring scripts on this site.

How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project.
• To follow up on an ongoing engagement or support request.
• To comply with any legal obligation.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Inquiry and correspondence data is kept for as long as is reasonably necessary — typically for the duration of any business relationship plus a standard administrative period afterward. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies that may be set are those strictly necessary for the hCaptcha widget on the contact page, which helps prevent spam. hCaptcha's own privacy policy governs that data.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Our site is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment details — we do not process payments online.

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
