TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About us

These terms govern your access to and use of products and services provided by 3S Coding, a custom software studio founded by Said Bitar, based in Saida, Lebanon ("3S Coding", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using any of our products you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products and services

We currently offer the following products:

• Stokka Desktop — a one-time purchase desktop application for inventory management. A perpetual license to use the purchased version is granted upon payment confirmation.
• Stokka Web — a cloud-based inventory management platform available on monthly and annual subscription plans. Access is provided on a subscription basis and is subject to continued payment.

3. Purchases and payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

• Stokka Desktop — payment is charged once at the time of purchase. Your license is activated upon successful payment confirmation.
• Stokka Web — subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

For Stokka Web subscriptions you may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@3scoding.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

5. License

Upon valid payment, 3S Coding grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the purchased software for your internal business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the software to build a competing product.
• Share login credentials with users outside your licensed account.

6. Intellectual property

All software, designs, and content within our products remain the exclusive intellectual property of 3S Coding. Your purchase grants a usage license only — no ownership of the underlying software or code is transferred.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service.

8. Availability and updates

We aim to keep our products available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time with reasonable notice. For Stokka Web subscribers we will provide at least 30 days notice before any discontinuation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3S Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saida, Lebanon.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
